Swiss Re denies liability in AerCap’s $3.5bn Russian plane suit
Swiss Re has become the latest (re)insurer to fight back against AerCap’s $3.5bn legal claim, arguing the world’s largest aircraft lessor is not entitled to a payout over planes stuck in Russia as the event is not covered under its policy wording.
